The CLEF Mobile Library: Teachers in CLEF schools can check out materials from the CLEF Library. For an alphabetical list of some of these materials, click here. Teacher Scholarship Program Discontinued: For six years, CLEF received funding from the Chicago Community Trust to provide scholarships for teachers who are taking college courses or attending conferences as part of their professional development. For the 2009-2010 school year the Trust had more narrowly defined the parameters of these scholarship funds, limiting them to college courses leading to an endorsement or master’s degree in reading, math, or science. For the 2010-2011 school year, this program has been discontinued. CLEF continues its commitment to partnering with Chicago's Lutheran schools to ensure that every child in Chicago has the opportunity to experience Christ's love through a quality, Christian education, and encourages teachers to participate in other professional development opportunities sponsored by CLEF, such as the Curriculum Training Series.
